About Svetlana Levitin

Born in Samarkand, Uzbekistan, Lana is a licensed Real Estate Broker serving the Great Neck community since 1984. Her ability to converse in a variety of languages including Russian, Hebrew and Bukharian (idiomatic Persian), has made her invaluable to many clients. Her knowledge of real-estate is not limited to Great Neck, she also sells homes all over Nassau County and Queens. Her customers are loyal and are very happy to recommend her to their family, friends and even strangers, anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable, experienced broker. As one of her clients is fond of saying, "Once you have worked with Lana you will never want to work with anyone else". Her unique ability to understand the special requests needed by her customers and of putting their desires first is one of things that make her special. Lana consistently goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Lana's various charitable and cultural works, show her level of commitment to those around her. She is involved in several philanthropic and cultural organizations including managing Ensemble Maqam, a musical group hailing from Uzbekistan, and chairing the Department of Cultural Affairs in the Bukharian Jewish Congress of the United States. President of WOWI (World of Women Immigrants), a not-for-profit organization that aids immigrant women in the United States.

A proud resident of Great Neck for over 30 years, Lana has enjoyed raising her family in this wonderful community. She is a member of the Long Island Board of Realtors and the New York Association of Realtors.
